The Defence Technical Scholarship aims to increase awareness of the wide range of trades available in the Navy, Army and Air Force. It is a scholarship focused on students undertaking a technical trade pathway who additionally demonstrate an interest in Australian Defence Force Technical Trades. Both students were required to complete a significant application process which included submitting an extended response to video material as well as an essay. Both Luke and Hayden are recipients of a $2000 scholarship. Any students interested in applying in 2013 should contact Mr North in Career 1 for further information.
