Wodonga Senior Secondary College is starting a Year 10 debating team this year!<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

If you are passionate about big issues affecting young people today, we want you. If you are considering a career in law, health, business, or education, we want you. If you want to improve your confidence and your public speaking skills, we want you.<\/p>\n

We will run the debating club during period 4 each Wednesday. In the debating club, you will discuss interesting topics and practise your public speaking skills within a supportive team and, at the end of our coaching sessions, compete against other schools.<\/p>\n

Bring some friends along and join us in L01 on Wednesday – period 4 (Student Agency) to learn about the Albury Wodonga debating competition and our new debating club. Don’t worry – there won’t be any pressure to get up and speak in our first session!<\/p>\n
