Partnering with the well-regarded local salon Head Office Hair Suite in North Albury, Allie is stepping confidently into a dynamic and creative career that blends technical skill, personal care, and artistic flair.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wssc.vic.edu.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ENDERSBY-Allie_photo.jpg\" onclick=\"_gaq.push(['_trackEvent', 'outbound-article-int', 'https:\/\/www.wssc.vic.edu.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ENDERSBY-Allie_photo.jpg', '']);\" ><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"940\" height=\"788\" src=\"https:\/\/www.wssc.vic.edu.au\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/08\/ENDERSBY-Allie_photo.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38173\"\/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>From day one, Allie has shown the focus, attention to detail, and friendly nature essential to working in the fast-paced world of hair and beauty. Whether it\u2019s learning to perfect a blow-dry, understanding colour theory, or making clients feel welcome and comfortable, she is embracing every aspect of her apprenticeship.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Allie says she\u2019s looking forward to taking on more hands-on responsibilities as she progresses through her School Based Apprenticeship, eager to apply what she\u2019s learning from the team in the salon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Salon owner Hayley Dalton from Head Office Hair Suite is proud to support young people like Allie through Head Start: &#8220;Allie is doing so well. She has been the stand out young person we have had in a very long time, asks questions, she\u2019s got a great attitude, and she really connects with clients. It\u2019s great to be part of her journey and to help shape the next generation of stylists. Having the support of Shane from the Head Start SBAT program to make it happen and support from Tony from ASA Apprenticeships for the young apprentices is invaluable. \u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As Allie continues to develop her skills, there\u2019s no doubt she\u2019s laying the foundations for a bright future one full of style, confidence, and real-world experience.
