On Saturday night the cast members from our production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee attended the Georgy Awards presentation. Two students received awards on the night, Charlie Kay for Best Junior Singing and Holly Kupa for Best Junior Female! The full cast was nominated for a range of awards and were also invited to do a performance on the night.

Congratulations to the following students on receiving Georgy Award nominations for their role in our production of The 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee late last year.
- Best Junior Performance (Male): Elijah Blake
- Best Junior Performance (Female): Ashley Skerry, Charlotte Kay, Chelsea Barton, Madeleine Kay, Teaghan Keen
- Best Junior Supporting Performance (Female): Brylee McKenzie
We are very proud of all the students and the staff for all their hard work in not only getting WSSC’s first school musical off the ground but taking it to a level where they are so deservedly awarded.
