Congratulations to Year 10 student Constance Dodd and her sister Oceana from the Wodonga Middle Years College, the sisters were selected to represent the region in the School Sport Victoria (SSV) Touch Football team. The sisters will travel to Darwin as part of a week-long competition held next week from Sunday, 13th to Friday, 18 August.
In preparation for the event, the sisters have been traveling to Craigieburne, Melbourne to train on Saturdays after finding out about successfully receiving a place on the team in May.
With only 13 players selected for a team, it is quite an honour to be selected to represent the region.
We wish them luck at the School Sport Australia National Championships.
