The RED Carpet Youth Awards is a key event on Wodonga’s calendar; strengthening Wodonga’s support of young people, through community recognition, celebration and promoting young people’s achievements.
The RED Carpet Youth Awards allows our community to nominate and support young people with different life experiences to celebrate and recognise the contribution they make to the community.
If you nominate before Friday April 29th you have the chance to win a gold class package for two!
The awards are open to young people aged between 14 and 24 in nine categories.
The categories this year are:
– Advocacy and Action Award sponsored by the Rotary Club Wodonga Central.
– Individual Community Service Award sponsored by the Wodonga Chamber of Commerce;
– Apprenticeship/Traineeship Award sponsored by ATEL Employment Services;
– Endurance/Persistence Award sponsored by Aware Industries;
– Young Carer Award sponsored by Murray Valley Radiation Oncology;
– Performing Arts Award sponsored by MEGASMUSIC.com.au;
– Visual Arts and Media Award sponsored by (Dutch Media);
– Sport and Recreation Volunteer Award sponsored by YMCA Wodonga; and,
– Youth Ambassador Award sponsored by the RACV.
