Year 12 Hospitality Food and Beverage students Ashley Wu and Cooper Castree Grainger and their peers have been serving up an assortment of drinks and cakes to further develop their barista skillset.

To obtain their unit of study the group must complete 40 hours of practical experience each in the field which will see them work in a team environment to operate a café.

The group will also be catering for the combined school council meeting on Monday evening of 35 guests allowing for these students to gain additional confidence in the kitchen.
