The information in this message is for any Year 11 students who are taking a Year 12 examination.

If you feel that it would be of benefit to your revision program, you may choose not to attend your classes the day before your scheduled exam. You will be enter as an approved absence. For example, if you are taking the Biology exam on Friday 3rd November 9:00-11:45am, you would not be required to attend your timetabled classes on Thursday 2nd November.

However, you may also choose to attend your classes as normal for all or part of the day prior to your exam. If you do attend class, your teacher will simply overwrite your approved absence to acknowledge that you are present.

On the day of your exam, all students are encouraged to attend classes either before or after their scheduled examination. For example, if you are taking the Biology exam on Friday 3rd November 9:00-11:45am, you should then go to your P3 and P4 classes after the examination finishes.

If you have an examination that falls on a Monday, you may choose not to attend your classes the preceding Friday. For example, if you are taking the Business Management exam on Monday 6th November 3:00-5:15pm, you would not be required to attend your timetabled classes on Friday 3rd November.
