The National Disability Insurance Scheme has arrived in Wodonga.

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a government funded program designed to support people under the age of 65 who have a permanent or significant disability with the reasonable and necessary supports they need to lead an ordinary.

These supports may include:

  • Developing independent living skills
  • Employment
  • Further Education
  • Community engagement
  • Improved wellbeing

To access the NDIS, people must register to be a participant in the program.
This can be done by calling the National Disability Insurance Agency on 1800 800 110
