I would like to let you know about some high quality VCE revision lectures that are available for Year 11 and 12 students during the upcoming school holidays. At WSSC, we strongly encourage our VCE students to attend VCE revision lectures because of the many potential benefits. These include:
- an opportunity to revise the content of VCE Units 3&4 with a subject matter expert
- access to teachers with previous exam assessment experience who can provide expert advice on exam techniques and skills, enabling students to use their exam time more effectively
- pointers on previous year’s exam pitfalls
- a set of subject specific study notes prepared by the lecturers
- a greater level of confidence and reduced stress around the exams

SWOT Revision Lecture Timetable September 2022
Attached you will find details of the SWOT lecture program which will be delivered face-to-face at the University of Melbourne, Parkville campus. Although there are many high quality VCE Revision lectures our students can access online, we would encourage students to attend the face-to-face lectures wherever possible because they have the added benefit of raising student awareness and understanding of the various pathways to university, and what life is like on campus. If your child would like to attend any of the face-to-face lectures in Melbourne, financial assistance is available.
If attending face-to-face revision lectures is not possible, I have also attached details of one of the FREE high quality, live, online VCE revision lecture programs offered by ACU. I am notifying students as programs like this become available. Some of our students have already registered to attend online VCE revision lectures ACCESS Education will be running during the September school holidays. Their attendance will be paid for by the school.
