Come along to our ‘Kick Start’ event, where you can hear about these opportunities, attend one of our information workshops, and get to know our staff and other families over a BBQ. Thriving in VCE
Hear about practical advice and useful tools in the Thriving in VCE Workshop. This session will cover essential information and strategies which will support young people during this time. Topics include: Self Care: Diet, Sleep, Exercise, Stress Management, Study/Life Balance.
